Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a SAP Service Management Consultant for a 12-month engagement in Plainfield, IN. The role requires hands-on SAP experience in Service Management and integration with FI/CO/SD/PP, ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.

You will gather requirements, design and deploy SAP and non-SAP solutions, provide day-to-day user support, and collaborate with a project team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Required

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and integrating them with other SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day‑to‑day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non‑SAP systems and solutions according to specification
