Job summary

MACHINE INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks an SAP professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP, including configuring SAP Service Management (SM) and integrating FI, CO, SD/MM/PP, SCM, GTS and BI.

The candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written communication, work well in a team, manage independent tasks, and document designs, builds, tests and deployments of SAP and non‑SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP implementation and support.
• Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) and integrating with FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/SCM/BI.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Job description

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specification
