In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill And Experience

Project Planning & Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Establish project governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).
• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Manage client expectations and provide executive-level communications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery Management

• Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security, etc.).
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage delivery bottlenecks and ensure appropriate contingency planning.

Preferred Skill And Experience

Financial Management and Quality Assurance

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Track project costs and control expenditures.
• Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational governance processes.
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness.
• Monitor quality metrics and project health indicators.

Change Management and Training

• Coordinate organizational change management activities.
• Ensure user training, adoption, and readiness plans are executed.
• Support business transition and hypercare activities.

Executive Reporting

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
• Present progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Drive decision-making through data-driven project insights.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be

CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $102,000 to $143,000

Washington DC - $105,900 to $147,500
