Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to support our Navy Program Office in Crystal City, VA. You will oversee daily administration of security for assigned programs, process access and visit requests, provide security training, and manage COMSEC accountability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years CPSO experience, strong communication and judgment, knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, and related DoD directives, and a DoD TS clearance at the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of CPSO experience preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and Executive Orders for security compliance.
• Experience with Intelligence Community security requirements.
• Must possess DoD TS clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administration of security for assigned programs, personnel access requests, visit requests, travel briefings, security training, COMSEC accountability, and maintains security facilities/systems.
• Assist program management in implementing security initiatives and risk management methodologies.
• Execute security requirements and support security guidance for personnel, physical, operational, information, and industrial security issues.
• Support facility accreditation, inspections, corrective actions and incident reporting for security concerns.
