Job summary

The ELLIS Group Architects Pty in Miami, FL seeks an SAP Security Leader to own security and GRC across a complex SAP landscape (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SuccessFactors). Lead a team handling roles, access, SoD and compliance during a major transformation.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP security, proven leadership of security workstreams in large transformations, and the ability to build and guide security teams while partnering with enterprise IAM and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP security with S/4HANA, GRC, Fiori and SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record leading security workstreams in large transformation programmes.
• Experience building and leading security teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SAP security strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise cyber and IAM.
• Lead role design, access provisioning and SoD governance across S/4HANA and cloud SAP solutions.
• Own SAP GRC Access Control configuration, rulesets and workflows; integrate with enterprise IAM and ServiceNow.
• Partner with architects and workstream leads on S/4HANA transformation, Fiori enablement and BTP extensions.
• Manage a team of security analysts and GRC specialists; drive continuous improvement and automation.
