Job summary

A leading global consultancy is seeking an SAP Security Expert for a fully remote role in Germany. The expert will design and support role-based access control for S/4HANA and conduct security audits. Ideal candidates should have deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security, expertise in Fiori security, and proficiency in SAP roles and authorisations. This is a contract position with an initial duration of 3 months, with a potential for extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for an SAP Security Expert to start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.

The SAP Security expert is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 3 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be fully remote

What you will do:

• Design and manage / support role-based access control (RBAC) for S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Configure and maintain SAP authorisation concepts, including PFCG roles and Fiori catalog/groups.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks (e.g., SoD, GDPR).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure solution design.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Support GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) integration and reporting.

Desired Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security architecture in Life Science
• Expertise in Fiori Launchpad security, including app-specific authorisations.
• Proficiency in SAP roles and authorisations (PFCG, SUIM, SU53, STAUTHTRACE).
• Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control and audit tools.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
