We are seeking a skilled SAP Security Consultant with proven experience in S/4HANA and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust SAP security solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including BASIS, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, to ensure secure access management and compliance across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security design and implementation for S/4HANA and IBP systems.
• Define and maintain role‑based access controls (RBAC) and authorization concepts.
• Configure Fiori security, including catalog and group maintenance.
• Collaborate with BASIS and functional teams to align technical security requirements with business processes.
• Manage user provisioning and de‑provisioning in line with governance frameworks.
• Conduct risk analysis and segregation of duties (SoD) checks using GRC Access Control.
• Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and production cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain SAP security documentation, including security design and test plans.
• Provide post go‑live support and ongoing security monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Security experience, including at least one end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with IBP Security configuration and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Fiori app security, SU24/SU25 role maintenance, and authorization objects.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM modules).
• Understanding of SAP landscape architecture and integration points between S/4HANA, IBP, and other SAP cloud/on‑prem modules.
• Proven ability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Security.
• Experience in cloud‑based SAP solutions (IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) security integration.
• Familiarity with identity management (IDM) solutions.
• Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001).
