Job summary

Hanscom AFB, MA. Sandy Mac Evolution seeks a Program Security Representative I to provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI and collateral data. The role emphasizes adherence to DoD and SAP policy and requires TS/SCI eligibility.

The candidate will participate in policy development, risk assessments, and security education, coordinating with SAP security personnel and government staff. Education: BS or equivalent; experience: 5–7 years.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Current TS/SCI eligibility with in-scope BI, CE or open PR, plus polygraph willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI and collateral data.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-ups.
