Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead Order-to-Cash design and support in S/4HANA, interfacing with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will configure SAP SD/OTC end-to-end, drive fit-to-standard workshops, and collaborate with ABAP, integration, and Fiori teams through build and testing. Strong background in automotive manufacturing is preferred and federal work authorization is required in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP SD experience with full cycle S/4HANA/ECC.
• Pricing, billing, and output determination configuration.
• EDI/IDoc experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SD integration with FI/MM/PP.
• Automotive/industrial manufacturing background preferred.
• S/4HANA Sales certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD/OTC end to end: sales orders, pricing and condition technique, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, third-party, and consignment.
• Run fit-to-standard workshops, document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and recommend clean-core solutions.
• Write functional specs for RICEF objects and work with ABAP, integration, and Fiori teams through build and testing.
• Support EDI/IDoc integrations (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC) and API-based interfaces.
• Configure and troubleshoot aATP, including product allocation and backorder processing.
• Lead SIT and UAT support, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis after go-live.

What you'll do
