Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. seeks an SAP specialist to provide development, improvements, and ongoing maintenance for the SAP Production environment. You will support new systems and processes while coordinating with MRO and subsidiary teams to address SD module issues and cross-dock challenges.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP SD/MM/PP experience, data-driven analysis, and strong reporting discipline to management. On-site work in TX with extensive collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience tied to SAP support.
• Minimum 3 years in business analytics and/or statistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience (SD/MM/PP).

Responsibilities

• Apply business process knowledge and SAP experience to resolve and implement changes to the SAP Production environment.
• Provide improvements, assistance, and participation with technology; designing, development, reporting, and implementation of new SAP functionality.
• Assist MRO team in solving errors related to SD processes within SAP.
• Develop and execute testing, regression, and system testing; provide regular reporting to MRO Management.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries on SAP cross dock, order issues, and open concerns.
