Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Broken Arrow, OK invites an experienced SAP Production Support Professional to join our team. You will provide technical support for the Spiridon SAP system with focus on PP, SD and MM, train users, and coordinate with global teams to enable smooth manufacturing processes.

You will work on-site, troubleshoot SAP issues, maintain master data, develop documentation, and assist with upgrades and new functionality while collaborating with Engineering and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding how to query SAP and ERP systems; data in Excel is required.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing value-chain experience.
• Solid grasp of SAP production transactions, SD and MM; linkage to engineering.
• Strong communication; prepared SAP training experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the SAP manufacturing system.
• Primarily on-site to validate SAP actions and support manufacturing.
• Work with business users to ensure the system runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues focused on PP, SD, MM; basic FICO knowledge desired.
• Understand flow from Design Engineering to Order Engineering and assist SAP issues.
• Expert on BOM usages and types.
• Update and maintain plant-level material master data; coordinate actions.
• Work as a member of Broken Arrow COGI team to fix COGI.
• Provide feedback to eliminate repetitive COGI from user error or process problems.
• Expert in running SAP reports and manipulating exported data in Excel.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Switchgear SAP processes.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new functionality or upgrades.
• Coordinate with Siemens Corporate SAP support for improvements.
• Deliver training to end-users on Switchgear/Siemens transactions.
• Assist with Master Data updates and Engineering Changes as needed.
