Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, IT Business Analysis (SAP SD) to oversee SAP SD functionality, ensuring system stability and delivering innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution, providing expert guidance on best practices.
• Document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
• Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
