Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP SD in a large ERP modernization project. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and system integrators to deliver a robust SAP solution.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of SAP experience, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and strong migration expertise from legacy ERP to SAP ECC 6.0.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Minimum two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience with legacy ERP to SAP migration projects.
• Strong experience in business process mapping and solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting data migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, migration validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect management.
• Support cutover planning, hypercare and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Create functional documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience. The consultant will participate in a large-scale legacy ERP to SAP ECC 6.0 transformation program, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and system integrators. Candidates with prior IFS ERP to SAP migration experience are highly preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
