Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead end-to-end cloud ERP transformations for global clients. You will oversee program governance, budgets, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

With strong SAP S/4HANA Cloud expertise, you will guide cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and align initiatives with strategic objectives while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project and program management experience with SAP solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, with SAP Public Cloud implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
• Drive program planning, governance, milestone management, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Develop integrated project plans utilizing Agile, Scrum, and traditional methodologies.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Create and manage Statements of Work, project budgets, and resource plans.
