Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP S/4HANA rollout projects, translate business requirements into BRDs, and customize SAP applications for enterprise needs. You will steer integration, data migration, and testing efforts with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, experience in large-scale ERP transformations, and a focus on security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture and guide customization/integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with the development team.
• Develop integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps and lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience; lead security/compliance efforts.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead user training workshops.
