Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Leader to own end-to-end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA initiatives across multiple geographies. You will lead workstreams, manage data migration, integration, testing, and cutover, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and PMO standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance facilitation, and executive communication with cross-functional teams and vendors. Seattle/Dallas/St.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise integration landscapes.
• Experience managing large, multi vendor, multi geography SAP S4 HANA programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure.
• Lead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency management.
• Track and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA landscapes (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Conversion programs).
• Ensure SAP solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.
• Oversee integration between SAP and non SAP systems.
• Guide technical decision making in collaboration with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Act as the primary interface between business leaders, IT teams, SAP vendors, and system integrators.
• Establish and run governance forums, program reviews, and executive status updates.
• Prepare clear, executive ready communications and decision materials.
• Drive alignment and resolve escalations across cross functional and multi vendor teams.
• Proactively identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to SAP delivery methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and enterprise PMO standards.
• Oversee quality gates, testing governance, change control, and release readiness.
• Support cutover planning, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization.
• Manage SAP program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Oversee resource planning, vendor performance, and contract adherence.
• Ensure delivery within approved cost, scope, and timeline constraints.
