Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Lead for a 12–24 month transformation program.

The role requires leading the PP workstream, designing and configuring PP elements, and driving end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill processes with cross-functional teams. You will integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, MES, and PLM, manage onshore/offshore delivery, and oversee design, development, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP configuration and design.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with MES and PLM integrations.
• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry experience.
• Knowledge of multi-stage manufacturing, complex BOMs, and long-lead-time supply chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA PP workstream for a large-scale manufacturing transformation.
