Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP lead to drive transformation across production and supply chain, integrating PLM, MES, and SAP modules. You will own end-to-end planning-to-fulfill processes and oversee design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare across global delivery teams.

The role requires deep configuration expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale SAP programs in semiconductor environments.

Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP (configuration and solution design).
• Experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong background in unit test acceptance (UAT), cutover and hypercare execution.
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, QM modules; MES and PLM systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing and IT.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing environments; multi-stage manufacturing flows; long lead times.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production manufacturing (Supply chain) capabilities integrating with PLM , MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP workstream across MFO (P2F) processes
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT

Must-Have Skills

Functional & Technical

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP (configuration and solution design)
• Deep knowledge of:
• o Pilot engineering
• o BOM, routings, production versions, capacity planning
• Experience integrating SAP with:
• o MM, SD, QM modules
• o MES and PLM systems

Program & Delivery

• Proven experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong experience in UAT, cutover, and hypercare execution
• Ability to design end-to-end planning processes (Plan-to-Fulfill)

• Experience in semiconductor / high-tech manufacturing environments
• Understanding of:
• o Multi-stage manufacturing flows

• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
