mindsquare, an IT consulting firm, seeks a skilled consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects and craft tailored solutions. You will analyze customer needs, design technical and business-aligned approaches, and run workshops to facilitate migrations, while collaborating with sales for offers and pitches.

The role emphasizes hands-on migration work, client interaction, and ongoing learning in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

At least two years of professional experience in the SAP environment, specifically SAP S/4HANA migration.
Experience or familiarity with SAP AI solutions is desirable.
Strong interest in customer contact, from requirement analysis to strategic discussions and pitches.
Business-fluent German language skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting for SAP S/4HANA migrations to ensure efficient and future-proof environments.
Analyze customer requirements and design solutions covering both technical and business needs.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate successful S/4HANA migrations.
Manage presales activities in collaboration with sales and marketing, including creating offers and pitching solutions.
