Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an senior SAP S/4HANA program manager to lead the transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA in the Federal market. You will drive project scope, schedule, resources, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams to modernize processes with a clean-core approach.

Responsibilities include guiding solution design, managing risks, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Travel to client sites is expected as part of delivery and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of SAP-related experience.
• SAP Functional expertise.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in the Federal Market.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience with complex SAP programs.
• Use of Agile Methodologies.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering modernization activities.
• Guide solution design and project decisions supporting clean-core principles, automation, and data integrity.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impacts throughout the migration.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines.
• Oversee readiness assessments, fit-gap analyses, and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide updates on progress, issues, and decisions.
• Support data migration planning, validation, and cutover execution.
• Oversee testing cycles and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and federal financial compliance.
• Support organizational change management, training, and user readiness.
• Lead cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
• Help ensure the modernized system improves automation, accuracy, transparency, and mission effectiveness
