Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP S/4HANA MDM Lead with MDG on behalf of our client in San Jose, CA. This role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise master data management and governance solutions across supply chain business functions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Master Data, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and Reltio MDM, with experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Planning, and Manufacturing processes. This position requires strong leadership, solution design, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive data governance initiatives and improve data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of master data management and governance solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Define and establish enterprise-wide master data governance processes, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable master data solutions.
• Manage and govern key supply chain master data domains, including Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Material Master data.
• Support and optimize master data processes related to OTC, PTP, Planning, and Manufacturing operations.
• Design and implement data quality, validation, standardization, and stewardship frameworks.
• Oversee integration and replication of master data across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Provide leadership in solution architecture, process optimization, and master data strategy initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Master Data.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Experience working with Reltio MDM solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Planning, and Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience managing and governing Business Partner, Customer Master, Supplier Master, and Material Master data.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), Purchasing Info Records (PIRs), and Routings.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, validation, standardization, and governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating and synchronizing master data across enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead solution design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or master data initiatives.
• Experience working in complex supply chain and manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies.
