Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Materials Management Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementation for the Process Technology business. You will serve as SME for inventory management and planning, ensuring standardization across global PT operations in a hybrid work environment.

Based in a selected US location (Houston, TX; Rosemont, IL; Mobile, AL; Charlotte, NC; Shreveport, LA), you will partner with ISC, manufacturing planning, and IT to optimize material flow and deliver defined business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge in manufacturing environment including ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and material planning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, operations, inventory management, procurement logistics, and manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize material flow.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary business and process translator for a S4 HANA project converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions
• Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations
• Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs in close partnership with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders
• Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensure alignment with one Honeywell operating model
• Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements
• Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and realization of defined business outcomes
• Proactively identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
