Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Finance Costing professional to support a large SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation and manage data migration, testing, and deployment readiness. You'll partner with global teams and external partners to ensure smooth transitions and accurate financial reporting.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in cost accounting within manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and ERP/SAP experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or related financial roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP cost accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, validation activities, and defect resolution across multiple implementation cycles.
• Serve as a key gatekeeper prior to production deployment, ensuring accuracy and issue resolution.
• Partner with global teams, corporate stakeholders, and external SAP implementation partners.
• Support end-user training and adoption efforts to ensure successful transition from current-state processes to future-state capabilities.
