Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use-cases and requirements with a user-centric approach.
• Design, develop, and deliver solutions using SAP and related technologies.
• Assess software requirements and determine the best technology stack and deployment approach.
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects across teams.
• Define and implement software testing strategies and processes.
• Improve performance and adopt new technologies to increase development efficiency.
• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD practices and TDD.

Experience Required

• 7+ years of configuration experience in S4 FI and CO modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA required. CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA
• Hands-on S/4HANA FICO Configuration and has done multiple S/4 implementations end-to-end.
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot to find the root cause.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code (but not perform any technical development).
• Good knowledge of integration with other S4 modules - Purchasing, Sales and Production Development experience using various SAP development technologies including but not limited to the following: ABAP, Integration, and UI tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions.
• Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (like agile) and technologies.
• Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
• Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like product owners, designers, architects etc.
• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices.
• Work on continuously improving performance and optimizing the application and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• FCV/FCTA stand Program knowledge.
• Support Month end close Programs
• Substitution and Validations
• Ledger and sub ledger knowledge.
• Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules
