Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Herriman, UT seeks a Functional Consultant with 10+ years of SAP implementation and deployment experience, including SAP S/4HANA. You will own integrated business-process views across LTC, ISC/ITO, and RTR for multiple deployments.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end scenarios, maintaining traceability, coordinating interfaces, and resolving cross-workstream issues to ensure smooth cutovers and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation, deployment, solution integration, business-process, or program-delivery experience, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong business acumen and integrated process knowledge across Lead-to-Cash, Integrated Supply Chain / Innovate-to-Offer, and Record-to-Report.
• Experience leading end-to-end business scenario design and execution across multiple SAP functional domains.
• Experience coordinating SAP interfaces, middleware, external systems, and interface testing across SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated business-process view across LTC, ISC/ITO, and RTR for multiple deployments.
• Define and maintain critical end-to-end business scenarios, process handoffs, system touchpoints, data dependencies, controls, reports, and business outcomes.
• Develop the scenario catalogue and ownership model, including prerequisites, test data, interface dependencies, user roles, expected results, controls, and evidence.
• Maintain traceability among scenarios, requirements, process designs, interfaces, test scripts, defects, and business sign-offs.
• Identify integration gaps, conflicting assumptions, missing handoffs, and cross-workstream dependencies, and facilitate resolution.
• Ensure approved local requirements are consistently incorporated across configuration, data, interfaces, security, reports, testing, training, and cutover.
