Job summary

Noveon Magnetics, Inc. in San Marcos, TX is seeking a SAP Business Process Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across manufacturing value chain. You will be a functional partner for procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash, and more, ensuring efficiency, control, and SOX compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of SAP experience, strong cross-functional process knowledge, and the ability to create auditable documentation for audits and leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of functional SAP experience (S/4HANA) with Public Cloud preferred.
• Broad understanding of procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash, inventory and quality.
• Ability to create auditable documentation and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Functional lead for SAP S/4HANA processes across Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Finance.
• Ensure SOX controls, data accuracy, and end-to-end process integration.
• Maintain SOPs and deliver on UAT and release management for cloud updates.
• Provide user training and onboarding for shop-floor and office users.
• Act as liaison to auditors with evidence for inventories and procurement docs.
