We have one goal: to manufacture quality magnets! We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to learn, build, and lay a foundation for our company for the years to come.
Noveon is seeking a high-aptitude SAP Business Process Analyst to join our IT team. This role is a critical business partner responsible for the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment across the full manufacturing value chain. Rather than specializing in a single module, this analyst will support the end-toend processes that run our operation, including procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-tocash, inventory and warehouse management, quality, plant maintenance, and record-toreport, and will understand how they connect.
As Noveon prepares for future growth, this position will be instrumental in ensuring our supply chain, manufacturing, and financial processes are efficient, well controlled, and SOXcompliant. The ideal candidate is a versatile SAP generalist who is comfortable on the shop floor and in front of executive leadership, and who knows how to get the most out of SAP's standard cloud capabilities.
At Noveon Magnetics, we believe our diversity makes us who we are, and we strive every day to build a culture where everyone feels welcome.

As the only U.S. manufacturer of permanent rare earth magnets essential to a range of technologies that rely on an electric motor--from electric vehicles to medical devices to aerospace and defense systems to clean energy--we're ushering in an electric future that is 100% Made in America. All our operations, from R&D through production, assembly, and delivery, are conducted out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing center in San Marcos, Texas.
