Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Developer to design, develop, and operate order management capabilities. You will build modern SAP applications using RAP, ABAP Cloud, CAP, and SAP BTP, and design enterprise integrations with SAP Integration Suite.

You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions, owning quality end‑to‑end—from design to production support.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on SAP development, including SAP S/4HANA.
Experience building enterprise SAP applications, integrations, or order management solutions.
Strong English communication skills; agile/SAFe experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop SAP S/4HANA order management extensions using RAP and ABAP Cloud.
Build side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP using CAP with Node.js/Java.
Develop and maintain SAP Integration Suite iFlows and APIs.
Own solution quality end-to-end: tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering standards.
