Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-minded SAP specialist to lead design, build, and test of custom development on S/4HANA and BTP, using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core. You will guide teams, perform architecture sign-offs, and drive API adoption while leveraging SAP Business AI capabilities.

The role requires leadership experience, deep ABAP/SAP skills, and collaboration with senior client stakeholders across geographies. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in SAP ABAP for S/4HANA (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• Minimum 3 years experience with CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
• Minimum 3 years SAP development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
• Prior experience with CMT industry/clients and in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years' work experience) or 6-year equivalent with Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, Clean Core.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; oversee custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Mentor and guide global delivery teams; communicate across technical levels and geographies.
