Job summary

Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. seeks an SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead (Developer) to define and drive the development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.

You will own end-to-end integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and Integration Suite, setting standards and leading design reviews while guiding DevOps and release management. Onsite for initial 2–3 months, then travel-adjusted onsite visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in SAP development, basis, security, GRC.
• Hands-on SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience with cloud, security, and GRC in SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external apps, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).
• Lead the development strategy for custom apps, extensions, WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, Integration Suite.
• Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.
• Oversee DevOps, transport management, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

• Location : Dublin / Columbus, OH — local candidates strongly preferred
• Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 2-3 months, then reduced to monthly or bi-weekly onsite visits
