Job summary

Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead to drive development, integration, and extensibility for the S/4HANA program. You will own end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and external systems, setting standards and leading design decisions.

You will oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and testing strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
• 10+ years in Development, Basis, Security, GRC.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Integration Suite beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external apps, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).
• Lead development strategy for WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core principles.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, Integration Suite.
• Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.
• Oversee DevOps, transport, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

• Location: Dublin / Columbus, OH — local candidates strongly preferred
• Work Arrangement:Onsite for the first 2–3 months, then reduced to monthly or bi-weekly onsite visits
