Job summary

Inabia-Software- seeks an experienced SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead to define and drive the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy of the SAP S/4HANA program.

You will own end-to-end integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite, aligning with cloud platforms and legacy systems. This role requires hands-on SAP Basis and strong governance of development standards, with a focus on Clean Core principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development, Basis, security, and GRC.
• Hands-on SAP Basis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external apps and cloud/legacy systems.
• Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).
• Lead development strategy for WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core principles.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, Integration Suite.
• Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.
• Oversee DevOps, transport, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

• Duration: Contract, Inabia W2
• Location: Dublin / Columbus, OH — local candidates strongly preferred
• Work Arrangement:Onsite for the first 2–3 months, then reduced to monthly or bi-weekly onsite visits

REQUIRED SKILLS
