Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced SAP S/4 Technical Architecture Lead in Dublin, OH, onsite. This senior role focuses on architecture, design, and hands-on SAP development across S/4HANA, CDS views, ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and BTP integrations.

You will mentor teams, establish standards, manage complex migrations, and ensure delivery quality. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP development, deep SAP architecture knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP Development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Hands-on experience developing and extending CDS Views, complex associations, OData services, and Fiori Elements.
• Strong SAPUI5 and Fiori development experience, including custom apps and standard-app extensions.
• Experience with Fiori Elements, UI annotations, SADL, and preferably BOPF.
• Strong knowledge of OData creation, testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Experience configuring Fiori Launchpad tiles, catalogs, groups, and applications.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, including Cloud Connectors, destinations, services, and backend deployment.
• Experience with BAPIs, IDocs, ALE, User Exits, BADIs, Module Pools, and Function Modules.
• Knowledge of Transport Management, Web Dynpro, SAP PI, SAP BI, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP architecture.
• Experience with RICEWF, data conversion, interfaces, forms, reports, workflows, and mobile app development.
• Understanding of SAP application servers, SOA, Enterprise Services, Basis concepts, and SAP installation procedures.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and implementation practices.
• Senior-level SAP technical architecture and consulting experience.
• Requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and implementation.
• Conceptual and detailed technical design.
• Development estimation, project staffing, and management reporting.
• ABAP coding standards and code reviews.
• Business process mapping, redesign, and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Develop process flows and technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on SAP configuration and development support.
• Provide technical leadership and thought leadership throughout the project.
• Mentor client/project team members and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance activities.
• Develop and contribute to project documentation and deliverables.
• Recommend SAP best practices and alternative/out-of-the-box solutions.
• Support testing, issue management, root-cause analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Participate as a technical contributor across assigned project areas.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
