Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks a business transformation leader who can connect process, technology, controls and user experience to deliver S/4HANA outcomes across procurement, supply chain, finance and IT.

You will drive end-to-end P2P process design, standardization and integration with supplier portals and financial systems, guiding cross-functional teams toward practical decisions in a regulated manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA P2P consulting and transformation leadership.
• Ability to run stakeholder workshops and design future-state processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with supplier networks, portals, and invoice/payment solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or other regulated industries is preferred.

• Lead fit-to-standard, process design, and solution workshops.
• Own end-to-end P2P processes, including supplier onboarding, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing, and payment integration.
• Drive process standardization and business transformation aligned to S/4HANA best practices.
• Design integrations with supplier portals, procurement collaboration platforms, and financial systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Finance, Tax, and Treasury.

Job Description

A business transformation leader who can connect process, technology, controls, and user experience to deliver successful S/4HANA outcomes. Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and supplier-facing teams to design and implement integrated, future-state processes that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is a business transformation leader first and a system configurator second. They can connect end-to-end business outcomes, controls, user experience, supplier collaboration, S/4HANA capabilities, and integration design, while driving stakeholders toward practical decisions and process standardization.

Experience in Aerospace and Defense, industrial manufacturing, or another highly regulated and traceability-driven industry.
