Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a business transformation leader who can connect process, technology, controls, and user experience to deliver S/4HANA P2P outcomes. You will work with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and supplier-facing teams to design integrated, future-state processes that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is a transformation leader first and a system configurator second, able to drive end-to-end processes, supplier collaboration, and S/4HANA integration

Qualifications

• Strong SAP S/4HANA P2P consulting experience with transformation leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and future-state process design.
• Experience integrating SAP with supplier networks, portals, and invoice/payment solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard, process design, and solution workshops.
• Own end-to-end P2P processes, including supplier onboarding, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing, and payment integration.
• Drive process standardization and business transformation aligned to S/4HANA best practices.
• Design integrations with supplier portals, procurement collaboration platforms, and financial systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Finance, Tax, and Treasury.
• Support testing, data migration, deployment, cutover, and hypercar activities.

Job Description

Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and supplier-facing teams to design and implement integrated, future-state processes that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is a business transformation leader first and a system configurator second. They can connect end-to-end business outcomes, controls, user experience, supplier collaboration, S/4HANA capabilities, and integration design, while driving stakeholders toward practical decisions and process standardization.

Experience in Aerospace and Defense, industrial manufacturing, or another highly regulated and traceability-driven industry.
