Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP Functional Solution Architect to lead Finance transformation programs for Life Sciences clients. You will combine SAP application and process know-how to define journeys, build business cases, and roadmaps, including sales origination and client presentations.

You will guide end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, manage delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, and articulate the value of AI-enabled SAP solutions across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for Life Sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Sciences clients and/or Industry.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with SAP Finance Integrations with other cross-functional areas.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Sciences projects or clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including workshops, design decisions, and system build/execution in SAP Supply Chain.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value for clients.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain outcomes.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices leveraging SAP and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise.
• Be a thought leader, develop assets and best practices for transformation experts.
