Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice in Life Sciences and Finance Transformation is expanding. You will lead SAP-based transformations, drive business value, and partner with clients across industries to deliver high-impact SAP and AI-enabled solutions.

This role requires extensive SAP Finance experience, end-to-end S/4 implementations, and advisory delivery in a global context. Travel may be required; the team emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as SAP Functional Solution Architect with Finance in Life Sciences
• 7 years SAP Life Sciences experience; exclude SAP support/managed services
• 4+ years experience with SAP Finance Integrations with cross-functional areas
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Life Sciences projects or clients
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value
• Oversee AI deployments within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain benefits
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends and innovations across your area of expertise
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices for transformation experts
