Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant for a 3-6 month onsite engagement in Mason, OH.

You will implement and support Service Management processes within SAP S/4HANA, working directly with business users to translate requirements into effective system solutions. The role requires 2-3 full lifecycle S/4HANA SM implementations, strong knowledge of Service Orders, Contracts, Billing, and integration with SD, MM, FI, and CS, plus excellent client-facing

Qualifications

At least 2-3 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.
Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S/4.
Understanding of related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user training.
