Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Architecture, and/or Consulting.
Minimum of 6 years experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTO, and CIO.
Identify customer priorities, objections, and design strategies across the SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, focusing on C-level executives.
Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience.
