Job Title: SAP Retail Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Retail Solution Architect in the United States to lead a new SAP Retail implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Retail solutions, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, end-to-end SAP Retail architectures across multiple implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the solution design and architecture for the SAP Retail implementation project.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
3. Define and implement best practices for SAP Retail processes.
4. Provide expert guidance on system integration, configuration, and enhancements.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Retail architecture and solution discussions.
6. Drive technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
7. Provide leadership to the functional and technical teams during the project lifecycle.
8. Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail implementation projects.
• Proven expertise in SAP Retail solution architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of core SAP Retail modules (e.g., Merchandise Management, Store Operations, Pricing, Promotions).
• Experience with integration points between SAP Retail and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex project environments.
• SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
