Job summary

Yopeso Romania SRL is seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to design, configure, and optimize Real Estate Management processes, with emphasis on German VAT requirements and FI integration. You will work with business stakeholders, process experts, and tech teams in an international, primarily remote project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant with strong functional/configuration knowledge.
• Strong experience in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG).
• Strong experience in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG).
• Understanding of RE-FX integration with FI modules (FI-AA, FI-AP/AR).
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience in international, cross-functional projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Real Estate Management. You will support the project in designing, configuring, and optimizing real estate processes, with a particular focus on German VAT-related requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams in an international project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions in line with business requirements
• Configure and optimize Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG) in SAP RE-FX
• Configure and support Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG) , including the related processes and periodic runs
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and compliance-relevant aspects of RE-FX processes
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides
• Support workshops with business and process experts, onsite where required
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interface requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant, with strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP Real Estate Management
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Distribution (§ 15 (4) UStG)
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RE-FX Input Tax Correction (§ 15a UStG)
• Solid understanding of the integration of RE-FX with FI (e.g., FI-AA, FI-AP/AR) and related SAP modules
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams
• Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional project environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Service Charge Settlement in SAP RE-FX
• Experience with technical interfaces to/from external systems, such as Planon
• Knowledge of German
