GSK Solutions Inc. seeks an SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst to provide post-go-live production support for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting in Plano, TX.

This onsite role focuses on revenue contract creation, event processing, allocation, posting, recognition, and reconciliation across wholesale, retail, and subscription scenarios. The analyst will collaborate with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain stable revenue

Qualifications

Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) processes.
Experience providing functional production support for SAP RAR in a go-live/production environment.

Responsibilities

Provide functional production support for SAP RAR processes following go-live.
Monitor and resolve issues related to revenue accounting events and contract creation.
Investigate failures involving revenue allocation, postings, contract updates, fulfillment events, and recognition runs.
Analyze end-to-end transaction impacts across wholesale, retail/trial, and subscription enrollment and renewal flows.
Perform functional triage of RAR defects and coordinate fixes with development/integration teams.
Partner with OTC and GL teams to resolve upstream billing and downstream accounting issues.
Support month-end and period-end revenue recognition activities.
Reconcile source events, billed transactions, and revenue accounting results.
Identify configuration, mapping, and master data issues affecting revenue processing.
Support testing for bug fixes, enhancements, transports, production changes.
Document issue patterns, root causes, workarounds, and support procedures.
Assist business and finance users with incident resolution and audit support.

Job Description

The SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst will provide post-go-live production support for subscription billing modernization, supporting the migration from a legacy platform to SAP. The analyst will be responsible for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting processes, including revenue contract creation, event processing, allocation, posting, recognition, and reconciliation across wholesale, retail, and subscription business scenarios.

The role will work closely with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams to investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, and maintain stable revenue accounting operations.
