Job Title: SAP Business Analyst - Revenue and Billing

Duration: 5+ Months

Responsibilities

• Design and configure revenue recognition rules, billing conditions, and integration with SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, and other SAP modules.
• Own and drive solution design within SAP Quote to Cash and RAR to meet future business needs, ensuring scalability and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents based on business requirements, driving system solutions and implementation.
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Specifications following ABAP standards.
• Develop and review test plans and scripts.
• Participate in system-level testing, comparing actual results with expected outcomes.
• Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance internal customer experience.
• Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime and impact.
• Conduct regular data quality and integrity audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide ongoing user support and training to maximize SAP utilization.

Best Practices and Documentation

• Establish and enforce SAP development and configuration best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Work closely with IT and business units to align SAP capabilities with organizational goals.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.

You will work on cutting-edge cloud technologies, including B2B (API-based) and EDI integrations, and interact with non-SAP applications like Salesforce and Tax Engines.

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of SAP RAR finance configuration and support experience.
• Expertise in RAR FI and SD processes, with 5+ years in RAR configuration and BRFplus.
• Experience managing revenue accounting processes, including contract and performance obligation management, revenue recognition, and postings.
• Strong background in RAR implementation/migration, particularly with S/4HANA RAR.
• Knowledge of security role design in FICO and RAR modules.
• Understanding of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
