Job summary
Waters is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist II – SAP Quality Data Management to design, implement, and optimize SAP QM processes. The role bridges Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT to translate requirements into data-driven SAP solutions.
You will drive ERP integration initiatives, support validation, and enhance compliance across the organization while improving operational effectiveness in a regulated, high-volume testing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP QM experience in regulated environments.
- Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, or support.
- Strong knowledge of ERP validation and change management processes.
- Experience with SAP MM/PP/EWM/SD/PM modules.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for SAP QM processes and functionality.
- Configure and improve SAP QM master data and workflows.
- Lead ERP integration projects involving quality processes.
- Support SAP S/4HANA quality management capabilities and best practices.
- Develop functional specs and partner with IT on enhancements.
- Validate and test SAP QM changes and document results.
- Provide end-user training and SOPs for SAP QM.
