West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Exton, PA is seeking a Senior Manager SAP QM to lead the global Quality Management domain across enterprise applications, defining governance, design, and deployment of SAP QM capabilities.

This role partners with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and DBI/DT teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, drive standardization, support S/4HANA transformations, and explore AI and automation opportunities in quality processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP Quality Management in global manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Hands-on SAP QM configuration, integration, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience leading global projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP Quality Management domain and act as the functional owner.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP QM solutions across sites.
• Drive standardization of Quality processes globally across manufacturing sites.
• Provide leadership for SAP QM integrations with MM, PP, EWM, PM, etc.
• Support validation and regulatory compliance activities for quality systems.
• Lead workshops, manage priorities, and deliver project milestones.
