Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a DCM Quality Management - SAP expert to translate business requirements into SAP QM solutions and manage the SAP QM Build & Run demand within the IT portfolio.

You will guide project teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and support audits and inspections while ensuring quality across global manufacturing activities. Telecommuting up to 2 days per week may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related work experience, of which five (5) years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience in SAP QM implementations (2+ full lifecycle projects)

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into SAP QM solutions and applications.
• Lead SAP QM projects with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Define system goals and create flow charts describing logical steps of programs.
• Develop, revise, and document system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Support audits and inspections and respond to regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project teams and approve third-party work in SAP QM and related applications.
