You will standardize UD procedures, activate and validate change log functionality within Plant Maintenance and related workstreams, and develop governance documentation for GEP SAP processes to support training and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize UD codes and stock control processes across plants and business units.
• Standardize UD procedures for UD codes.
• Activate and validate change log functionality in Plant Maintenance and relevant workstreams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for GEP SAP processes within Manufacturing and Quality workstreams.
• Stabilize UD code validation during batch transfers and batch releases.
• Ensure only batches with approved and released UD status can be shipped.
• Enforce shipment restrictions based on batch release status.
