Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to support UD code standardization and stock control across plants. You will help harmonize UD codes, validate change logs in Plant Maintenance, and develop governance procedures for GEP SAP processes within manufacturing quality workstreams.

Responsibilities include enabling reliable batch transfers, ensuring only released batches are shipped, and strengthening compliance with inventory and quality governance across shipping

• Manufacturing Quality Workstream Tasks


• Harmonization of UD Codes and Related Stock Control Processes


• Standardize Usage Decision UD codes and align stock control processes across plants and business units to improve consistency and inventory accuracy.


• Activation of Change Logs in Plant Maintenance and Other Workstreams


• Identify Enable and validate change log functionality in Plant Maintenance and relevant workstreams to meet quality and compliance requirements


• Documentation of GEP SAP Processes


• Develop comprehensive documentation and procedures for maintaining the documentation for GEP SAP processes within the Manufacturing and Quality workstreams to support governance training and operational excellence


• Stabilize and Enhance UD Code Validation for Batch Transfers


• Stabilize and extend the Usage Decision UD code validation functionality for batches during interplant transfer and release processes


• Shipping Only Released and Accepted Batches


• Implement system controls to ensure that only batches with an approved and released Usage Decision UD status are eligible for shipment


• Enhance and stabilize UD code validation checks across shipping and transfer processes to prevent the movement of unreleased rejected or noncompliant batches


• Strengthen quality compliance and inventory governance by enforcing shipment restrictions based on batch release status.
