Job summary

PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH is seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant with strong S/4HANA experience for a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on defining the future QM landscape, integrating with LIMS/external labs, and building a robust concept for downstream implementation.

You will lead the end‑to‑end SAP QM blueprint, run workshops, and design automated CoA workflows with digital receipt and inspection lot linkage, while shaping IDoc/API data exchange.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on SAP QM experience within S/4HANA.
• Proven background linking QM with LIMS or external labs.
• Experience with CoA workflows and automation in QA environments.
• Knowledge of IDoc/API based interfaces for data exchange.
• Industry experience in Food/FMCG, Pharma or Chemicals is valued.

We’re supporting a major quality transformation programme in New Jersey and are looking for a Senior SAP QM Consultant with strong S/4HANA experience. This role centres on defining the future QM landscape, shaping integration with laboratory systems, and building a robust concept for downstream implementation.

What You’ll Lead

• Develop the end‑to‑end SAP QM concept for an S/4HANA environment.
• Run requirements workshops, document processes and produce the blueprint.
• Shape the integration between SAP QM and LIMS/external labs.
• Design automated handling of Certificates of Analysis (CoA), including digital receipt, validation and linkage to inspection lots.
• Define and support IDoc/API‑based interfaces for quality data exchange.
• Provide senior guidance as the project moves toward configuration and testing.

What You Bring

• Deep, hands‑on expertise in SAP QM within S/4HANA.
• Proven background connecting QM with LIMS or external laboratory systems.
• Strong experience with CoA workflows, quality certificates and automation.
• Solid understanding of IDoc/API integration patterns.
• Industry experience in Food/FMCG, Pharma or Chemicals is highly valued.
• Confident communicator with a structured, solution‑driven approach.
