Job summary

CISTechnologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) initiatives for SAP platforms in Foster City, CA. You will define the testing strategy, oversee the integrated plan for SAP S/4 HANA programs, and drive quality across the Order to Cash (OTC) area.

You will manage end-to-end OTC testing, coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders, and chair defect triage meetings while mentoring a team of quality engineers to uphold SAP testing best

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) initiatives for our SAP platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing strategy, managing integrated plans, and leading defect triage efforts for critical SAP S/4 HANA implementations, with a specific focus on the Order to Cash (OTC) process area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the SAP S/4 HANA Integrated Plan, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and business objectives.
• OTC Testing & Validation: Oversee end-to-end testing of the SAP OTC (Order to Cash) cycle, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and receivables, ensuring quality standards are met.
• UAT Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Defect Management: Chair defect triage meetings, prioritizing issues, and driving them to resolution in collaboration with development and business teams.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in SAP testing and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Proven expertise in testing SAP OTC (Order to Cash) processes, including sales order management, delivery, billing, and pricing.
• Strong experience managing SAP Integrated Plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead UAT Support and Defect Triage processes.
• Prior experience operating at a Senior Manager (SM) level, managing complex stakeholder relationships.
